I'm Greys

I'm from Colombia and now based in London since June 2023. My endless desire to learn brought me to study a Masters in Product Service System Design in Milan, gaining experience in multicultural teams and fluency in  English, and Italian, enabling effective communication in diverse workplaces. This makes me a highly adaptable and a fast learning individual, eager to contribute with my knowledge and continue growing professionally.

I pride myself on being an empathic person, a crucial quality in understanding user needs and business goals for creating high-quality design products. I'm skilled in conducting UX research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping  and have a background in graphic design. I'm also a great collaborator, who is able to get constructive feedback and  to listen to different points of view to build more inclusive products.
